Louis Gabriel Nouchi took home the coveted ANDAM Fashion Award on Thursday, beating five other finalists to score €300,000 EUR and a one-year mentorship from Chloé's chief executive officer Riccardo Bellini.The Paris-based designer accepted the trophy during an outdoor ceremony at the Palais-Royal's gardens in the French capital.
